My annual blood tests came back yesterday. Everything was excellent. My doctor, (did I mention I love her?) said, "I know you're doing the best you can but you're just burning up all your calories. I implore you to eat more."
I eat as much as I can. Three meals plus snacks. Chronic pain burns it up, I am certain.
In the book, "Eat Right for Your Blood Type" and the book, "Metabolic Typing" it turns out that the foods best for me are the ones I have gravitated to on my own. I really believe in the Metabolic Typing guide. There is no "one size fits all" diet.

Recipe for " Rice We":
1. One cup basmati rice
2.Two cups water
Make rice.
Fluff finished rice with fork.
Add good squirts of Braggs, Thai garlic sauce (red) and nutritional yeast.
This recipe got on the menu of a local restaurant and I invented it!
